O.B.P.S.N COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND OUTREACH is dedicated to preserving and promoting the true legacy of the Black Panther Party. We want to give people the tools they need to improve their lives. With our programs, we assist people in need by providing shoes, toys, coats, and blankets, as well as basic necessities such as food and clothing.
